plan as of tomorrow
Allowances:
- 2 slices of dry toast per day (max)
- 1 large apple per day (max)
- Unlimited black coffee, water, and tea
Rules:
- Each day begins with 5 points
- Anything over daily allotment (see above) is -1 point per 100 calories
- Exercise is +1 point for 30 minutes or 5 miles (cycling)
- Drinking less than 64 oz of water per day is -1 point
- Purging results in all points lost for the day. No matter what.
- Weigh-ins occur once per week on Thursdays.
- One day per week is a “cheat day” — Any foods are allowable as long as calories stay under 1000. On this day, full points will be granted (unless I’ve purged).
This is my “meal plan” for the next 3 months. I hope to lose 30-45 lbs on it, if not more. Anyone of course is welcome to do it with me, and I can give you my IM or number for texting. :) I like points, it will definitely keep me motivated.
